Your treatment may include advanced exfoliation, extractions, targeted masks and serums, facial massage and other modalities as appropriate for your skin. There’s no one-size-fits-all protocol here. I choose what we use—and what we don’t—based on what your skin needs that day. Expect thoughtful skin correction balanced with the relaxation and care that makes a facial feel like more than a treatment. This is the facial I recommend when you’re not sure what to book.

Everything I love about a customized facial, with the time and space to do more. The Works is my most comprehensive facial experience—90 minutes dedicated entirely to your skin. We’ll address your concerns with customized professional treatment while allowing extra time for advanced techniques, thorough extractions when needed, targeted masks and serums, extended facial massage and deeper relaxation. Nothing is added simply for the sake of adding it. Every step has a purpose and every treatment is built specifically for you. Come in, settle down, and let me take it from there.

The Skin Strategy is a private 1:1 virtual consultation designed to help you understand your skin and build a realistic routine around your concerns, goals, lifestyle and budget. Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed skin assessment and submit photos of your skin and current products. During our 60-minute consultation, we'll review what's working, what may not be serving your skin, and what your skin actually needs. After your consultation, you'll receive your personalized Theory Skin Plan, including your AM + PM routine, product recommendations, skin priorities and clear next steps for the next 30 days. Includes 7 days of clarification support + a 30-day progress check-in. Virtual appointment.

Currently wearing extensions from another lash artist? Add this to your fill appointment. I'll assess the existing work and, when appropriate, begin transitioning the set into my customized design while we establish the styling and retention that work best for you. If the existing extensions cannot safely or effectively be filled, a removal and Custom Full Set may be recommended.

Your lashes, your way. Every set is completely customized to your natural lashes, eye shape, lifestyle, and desired look — from soft and natural to wispy, textured, or full and dramatic. Up to 2.5 hours is reserved for your appointment to allow plenty of time for consultation, customization, and application. Your service may be completed sooner depending on your natural lashes and desired look.

A quick refresh for your customized lash set. Designed for minor shedding, small gaps, special events, or clients who love keeping their lashes extra full. Available within 7 days of your last Theory lash appointment. The full appointment time is reserved to allow for proper removal of grown-out extensions, customization, and application. Your service may be completed sooner depending on your retention and the amount of work needed.

Maintenance for your customized lash set within two weeks of your last appointment. Grown-out extensions are removed and new extensions are applied to restore your shape, balance and fullness. The full appointment time is reserved to allow for proper removal of grown-out extensions, customization, and application. Your service may be completed sooner depending on your retention and the amount of work needed.

A more extensive refresh for lashes 15–21 days from your last appointment. Additional time is reserved to remove grown-out extensions and rebuild your customized design and fullness. The full appointment time is reserved to allow for proper removal of grown-out extensions, customization, and application. Your service may be completed sooner depending on your retention and the amount of work needed.

For clients stretching their maintenance closer to four weeks while still maintaining enough extensions to fill. Additional time is reserved for removal of grown-out lashes and rebuilding the set. The full appointment time is reserved to allow for proper removal of grown-out extensions, customization, and application. Your service may be completed sooner depending on your retention and the amount of work needed. Approximately 40% of your extensions must remain. Otherwise, please book a Custom Full Set.

Be part of the StephSkinPro Skin Journey series. This model experience is designed for clients who want to better understand their skin, create a realistic plan, and document their progress over time. Your first appointment includes an in-depth skin consultation and analysis, baseline photos/video, a review of your current skincare routine, personalized recommendations, and a customized facial based on what your skin needs that day. From there, we’ll create a plan for your skin and follow your progress through home care, professional treatments, check-ins, and adjustments along the way. Model participation requires consent to photography and video, with portions of your skin journey shared for educational and social media content. Home-care products and future treatments are not included in the initial model appointment.
